              THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN BEING A VENDOR FOR OUR EVENT.

Vendor cost and info:
All vendors are accepted on a first-come basis. Food Vendors  –   $150.00  Limit 4 food vendors 1 each of a particular menu
Merchandise
 / Information Vendors  –  $75.00  Spaces will be limited and only 2 vendors of any product will be allowed. 
Each Merchandise/Information Vendor space will be 10 foot by 10-foot food Vendors will have special parking and set-up.  No power or water will be available.

All vendors must be in place and set up prior to 12:00 on the day of the event.
Please make all checks out to Project Unity USA or you can pay online by click filling out the Vendor form then clicking on the DONATE button.

VENDOR WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT
Please read the information below as well as the waiver of liability requirements.
I understand, I, as a vendor am fully responsible for my own product, equipment, and/or property damages in my allotted space during the above-described event.
I am solely responsible for any damages, clean-up, and removal of trash in my allotted space during and after the event. I understand that I will not sell, distribute any form of beverage, dispose of any liquid, grease, or oils onto the street, otherwise I will be held financially liable for any damages that occur
As a vendor, it is my responsibility the collect all monies owed, and the timely reporting and payment of any applicable sales tax due to both the County of Richland, and the State of South Carolina, and any other required entity.
Project Unity USA and all its participants cannot guarantee the safety of Items left out supervised or unsupervised.
I understand that the SC First Responders Appreciation Day event, Project Unity USA, and all its participants will not be held responsible for any fire, theft, or damage to any person, business, or display products occurring at our event. I agree to hold harmless, Project Unity USA and its sponsoring organization and volunteers from all liabilities, and damages to and from my event.
VENDOR INFORMATION & GUIDELINES
SET UP/TAKEDOWN
– All vendors must be set up and vehicles off the event area by 11:00 am. You may begin setting up as early as 8:00 am
All vendors are required to be checked in and set up by 12:00pm or, you will not be allowed in the parking lot and will forfeit your monies.
Vehicles MUST be out of the event area by 12:00 pm-
NO EXCEPTIONS
Any vendors arriving after 12:30 am will not be allowed to set up
NO REFUNDS
– Exhibitors are required to stay until the festival ends at 5:00 pm- Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, chairs, and signage for their booth.- Tents must be weighted on all four corners. (Can use 5-gallon buckets filled with water or sand)- No booth may be left unattended- All food vendors must be clean and meet SC DHEC requirements- Food vendors must have a license always displayed.- Vendors are responsible for the cleanup of their space and removal of trash during and after the festival.
FOOD VENDORS:
– All food and food preparation must follow the SC Department of Health and Environmental control- The Fire Marshall will inspect your equipment the day of the festival- All food sold must be listed on your application. We limit the number of foods in each category and the selections are on a first come first serve basis
Get your application in early!- All food vendors are required to provide a current certificate of General Liability Insurance.
UNITY FEST REQUIREMENTS
– Spaces are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.- All payments & applications must be received and postmarked by September 15th, 2021.- Payments must be made in the form of Certified Funds only or Cash app- This event will take place rain or shine
No Refunds will be given due to weather Complications or cancellation.
– Vendors are responsible for staffing, setting up, and breaking down their booths.
PAYMENT
– All Payments & applications must be received and postmarked by September 25th, 2021 to be included in the festival.- Payments must be made in the form of Certified Funds or cash app- This event will take place rain or shine.

No Refunds will be given due to weather complications or cancellation-
