Picture Bruce A. Trezevant
Our founder Mr. Bruce A. Trezevant is owner/operator of Trezcom Technology, a technology firm who designs and implements Video, Voice, Local and Wide Area PC networks.  CWSS-RAPTOR was one of his system designs he is most proud of.

Mr. Trezevant Founded Project Unity SC in August of 2006, then later changed the name to Project Unity USA in 2008 due to the spread of it’s services in Los Angeles, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida.

Mr. Trezevant’s family has a long history of community service.  Mr. Trezevant’s grandmother, Mrs. Eva P. Trezevant was the first black female to vote in the state of South Carolina and a strong community activist.  She was also the founder of the Avant Garde Cultural and Developmental Club for black young men and women, where she taught etiquette.  She was also President of the South Carolina Federation of Women and Girls club.

Mr. Trezevant”s father (Ezekiel H. Trezevant, Jr.)  founded the Eva P. Trezevant Memorial Library and established it in a low income area, where it provided computer training, reading materials and a safe haven for the youth.   He also started the first Black Owned Crematorium in the state of South Carolina.

Mr. Trezevant’s mother Elizabeth J. Trezevant has been a staunch supporter of Project Unity USA and the events and projects it has provided for the community.  Mrs. Trezevant is a retired nurse who work for Richland Memorial Hospital and cared for many of Columbia’s residence.

Mr. Bruce Trezevant has served as Sgt. at Arms for the Eau Claire Rotary, Past SC board member Engenuity, On the Gang Prevention Study Committee for the state of SC, and many other boards and committees here in South Carolina.
Mr. Bruce as he is affectionately known, donated a kidney to an old high school friend and has stuck by him through his journey.

The goal of Project Unity USA is promoting unity in the community between five important groups.  The Community, Law Enforcement, Politicians, Clergy and Business.  We feel that bringing these 5 groups of people together and having each develop and understanding of how they can fit within the community to build a safer community for everyone.  Training and organizing is a cornerstone of Project Unity USA

Project Unity USA is a rapidly growing non-profit multifaceted organization. We at Project Unity USA welcome other nonprofits to join us as we push forward with our efforts to make our communities a safer place to  live work and play for all.
